Spiritual Questions

I have always had more questions than answers, and I enjoy the process of exploring the questions.  Sometimes answers develop, sometimes not.  In the realm of spirituality and religion, I think the questions are bigger than life and the issues of faith sometimes simply don't have answers.  I cringe when I meet people who believe they have all the answers in the matter of faith; those who are so sure they are right and everyone else has to fall in line.  I think this is dangerous and it accounts for many of the major horrors in the world that have been perpetuated by humankind; the Holocaust, the Spanish Inquisition, the Crusades, etc.  I think faith is important; and my faith is in God.  My faith has evolved over time, and keeps evolving.  In theological terms, I am a process theologian.  I think God is always in the midst, the spirit of God always active in the world, and there is always possibility as we seek the good for ourselves and our neighbor.  Welcome to my blog.  Let the conversation (and questions!) begin!
